We'll be leaving the office in groups starting at 5:00pm. If you have meetings out of the office that afternoon and will have not returned by 5:00pm, please proceed directly to the venue to help us celebrate the holiday season.

Arrival: 6–6:30pm

Arrive, check your coat, and relax. Find your name on the seating chart and grab yourself a welcome beverage.

Appetizers: 6:30–7:30pm

We'll have some announcements and surprises from our MC, [ Name ], as we chow down on a selection of starters.

Dinner: 7:30–9pm

Get ready for a three-course meal prepared exclusively for us by Chef [ Name ]. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.

Dancing: 9–11:30pm

Strut the night away on the hotel's dance floor as [ Name ] spins records in the DJ booth until close. Any song requests? Let us know when you RSVP.

After Party: 11:30pm–Late

The party isn't over! We will be moving to another venue within walking distance of the hotel after the dance floor closes. Location TBD.
